What I Ate Wednesday 3/12/14

Final time I asked what things you'd like to run across on the web log, more than ane person suggested a series called "What I Ate Wednesday." To be honest, I feel a trivial silly posting this. Exercise you really care what I ate on Wed? Actually, this is what I ate yesterday, but What I Ate Tuesday doesn't sound as cool. Anyway, if you don't intendance, just skip this post and I'll empathize. 😉

Tuesday forenoon is my hardest weight lifting solar day, and so you'll observe I had a big breakfast. I also try to swallow about every 3 hours. And, I rarely get a day without a trivial bit of chocolate.

Anyway, in the hopes that it will aid you with repast and snack ideas. Here you lot go…

5am Pre-Workout Snack: i/four cup plain greek yogurt, 1/4 cup mixed berries, i tsp hemp hearts

{72 calories, 7g protein, 1g fiber}

{560 calories, 26g poly peptide, 8g fiber}

12pm Lunch: Whole wheat toast with 1 tbsp almond butter, green salad, orange

{374 calories, 11g protein, 8g cobweb}

3pm Snack: 3 cups air-Popped Popcorn, 1/2 tbsp butter

{143 calories, 3g protein, 4g fiber}

{338 calories, 38g protein, 5g fiber}

8pm Dessert: three squares night chocolate

{60 calories, 1g protein, 1g fiber}

TOTAL:

1545 calories, 86g protein, 26g fiber
